The Guardian Algo™ and other proprietary algorithms are trade secrets and patent-pending technologies. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the services for personal or commercial purposes. This is a license to use, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without express written consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of services.
